How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data associated with The Remarkable's advertising management tools, please email privacy@theremarkableagency.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include the following in your request:

• Your name
• The email address associated with your account
• Your Facebook or Meta user ID (if known)

What Data We Collect

In connection with our advertising management services, we may collect and process ad account data from platforms such as Meta (Facebook) for the purpose of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on your behalf.

Processing Timeframe

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. If additional time is required, we will notify you of the reason and expected completion date.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided in your request.
