Cherry Hill National Malls is part of a national mall chain owned by CBRE GROUP. In 2020, it lost all of its traffic as a result of the pandemic.
However, visiting Santa in retails malls all over the country were a key part of their holiday tradition and a great way of bringing foot traffic to the store.
During Christmas of 2020 they decided to bring Santa visits from the North Pole direct to people's computer through the power of the internet.
I was tasked with selling and bringing awareness of said offering through Facebook Ads, Email and other tactics.
I created a holistic strategy that included:
I worked with internal teams to launched all Facebook ads for the store for the season and helped lead all other initiatives.
1. Business launched succesfully in time for the 2020 holidays

3.A new line of business/revenue was created
