The Challenge
BENlabs was transitioning from an agency model to a SaaS company — a fundamental shift that required complete brand repositioning. The existing brand identity, messaging, and go-to-market approach no longer reflected what the company had become or where it was headed.
The Approach
We handled brand creation end-to-end: logo, color palette, and full visual identity system. From there, we developed sales collateral and pitch decks, designed and built the new website, and created content to support the repositioned brand.
On the demand side, we built and executed a demand generation program alongside targeted lead generation campaigns to fill the pipeline with qualified B2B prospects.
The Results
